Law 5297/2026 abolishes the Industrial Movement Document (D.V.K.)

One of the older recurring obligations for Greek industry is on its way out: Article 159 of Law 5297/2026 abolishes the Industrial Movement Document (Δελτίο Βιομηχανικής Κίνησης, D.V.K.).

The D.V.K. required industrial and handicraft units to report annual data on production, energy and raw-material use. In its place, a new 'Business Activity Record' registry is expected.
